Documents Needed for Engagement Ceremonies
Bride & Groom must obtain Permission to Marry certificates from their father(s) of confession within ONE month of engagement ceremony
Bride & Groom must provide a 2in x 2in passport photo at time of Engagement ceremony
Bride & Groom must provide a photocopy of their government issued identifications cards (ID)
Documents Needed for Wedding Ceremonies
Bride & Groom must provide Engagement Certificate
Bride & Groom must attend Pre-Marital Counseling & provide certificates of completion
Bride & Groom must provide a 2in x 2in passport photo at time of Engagement ceremony
Bride & Groom must provide a photocopy of their government issued identifications cards (ID)
Bride & Groom must photocopies of government issued identifications cards (ID) of their TWO witnesses
Documents Needed for Religious Wedding Certificate
Bride & Groom must obtain a religious Marriage License within ONE month of the wedding from the court.
Bride & Groom must schedule and appointment any local Oregon County Clerk’s Office and ask for a marriage license ($50-75).
Bride & Groom must mail out their completed marriage license as well as their completed church marriage certificate FIVE days or marriage will be INVALID.

All previous steps are the same with the exception of the last step
Documents Needed for Religious Marriage Wedding
Please note in doing this step, you will have a court wedding that is separate from the church wedding ceremony.
Bride & Groom must fill out their marriage license application via online within 90 days of court wedding.
Bride & Groom must schedule an appt at Orange County Clerk Recorder California with ONE witness to complete their court wedding and obtain a Marriage Certificate.
